SimpliFly is a vehicle rental operations platform built by Nigel Brooks for fleet operators who were spending too much time on paperwork and not enough time on deals. Contracts, ID verification, booking calendar management, and payment, unified into one system that moves as fast as the operators who use it.
The Challenge
15 minutes of manual work on every single deal.
Small and mid-size rental operators were managing deals across spreadsheets, text messages, paper contracts, and phone calls. Every rental required a manual ID check, a contract drafted or printed, a calendar update, and a payment collection step. At five cars the friction was annoying. At fifty, it was a genuine constraint on growth.
The platform needed to compress all of that into a single flow that an operator could run from anywhere, closing a deal faster than it used to take just to locate the contract template.

The Build
One system. Every step of the deal.
SimpliFly handles the complete rental lifecycle from a single dashboard. When an operator initiates a deal, the system auto-generates a rental contract pre-populated with the vehicle, renter details, dates, and terms. The renter reviews and signs digitally, no printing, no scanning, no emailing back and forth.
ID verification runs in-platform. Payment is collected. The booking calendar is blocked immediately upon completion, no double bookings, no gaps in the record. The operator gets a complete dashboard view of their fleet: which vehicles are out, which are available, what is coming due, and what has been paid.
The system scales without friction. An operator running 5 vehicles uses the same platform as one running 500. The process does not change, it just handles more volume.
