TD Wealth Management needed a client-facing digital experience that matched the quality of their advisory service. Nigel Brooks built the member portal, the portfolio tracking dashboard, and the intake funnels that feed new prospects into the firm, giving clients a place to log in and giving the firm a system to grow from.

The Challenge

A firm this serious needed infrastructure to match.

High-net-worth clients expect access. They want to log in, see their portfolio, understand what is working, and have a record of their relationship with the firm, without scheduling a call every time. Firms that cannot provide that experience lose clients to ones that can.

On the acquisition side, the firm needed intake infrastructure that could capture prospect details, qualify them, collect payments where applicable, and route them into the onboarding process, all without creating manual work for the advisors.

The Build

A member portal, a portfolio dashboard, and intake funnels that feed the firm.

The core of the build is the member portal, a secure, authenticated environment where existing clients can log in and access their portfolio view. The dashboard presents holdings, performance data, and account activity in a format that communicates clearly without requiring financial literacy to interpret.

Behind the scenes, intake funnels capture new prospect information, handle qualification, and process initial payments where applicable. These funnels are not publicly linked from the main site, they operate as private, advisor-directed flows that route interested prospects through a structured onboarding path before they ever appear in the member system.

The result is a firm that has both a client retention tool and a growth infrastructure, and advisors who can focus on the relationship rather than the admin.
