Who we are
TRUSTNIGEL is a brand of V Shape LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 12603 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX 77477. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means V Shape LLC. You can reach us at support@trustnigel.io.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, company name.
- What you tell us about your project when you fill in a form or message us.
- Billing details handled by Stripe when you pay an invoice. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the referring site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and deliver the services you asked for.
- To send appointment reminders, project updates and account notices you have asked to receive.
- To invoice and collect payment.
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to the TRUSTNIGEL Alerts program by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first, we will send you text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment and meeting reminders, and project and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email support@trustnigel.io.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share data with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business: hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), messaging delivery (Twilio), email, scheduling and CRM tools. Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. SMS opt-in records are kept for as long as required to prove consent.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@trustnigel.io.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
