These terms cover your use of https://trustnigel.io and the TRUSTNIGEL Alerts text messaging program. Client engagements are governed by their own written scope and invoice.

TRUSTNIGEL is a brand of V Shape LLC. Effective September 21, 2026.

Using the site

https://trustnigel.io is operated by V Shape LLC, doing business as TRUSTNIGEL. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Content on the site is provided for information and does not create a client relationship until a scope and payment have been agreed in writing.

TRUSTNIGEL Alerts text messaging terms

• Program description. When you opt in, TRUSTNIGEL sends text messages with replies to your inquiry, appointment and meeting reminders, and project and account updates.
• How to opt in. Check the SMS consent box on one of our forms and submit your mobile number, or text us first at the number shown on the site. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and active work.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-join, opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@trustnigel.io.
• Carriers.Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers in the United States and Canada. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile number and consent record are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Invoices on this site are paid through Stripe. Amounts, scope and payment terms are set out on the invoice page you were sent. Work starts when payment clears unless the invoice says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, design and code, belongs to V Shape LLC unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables are owned as set out in the engagement scope.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, V Shape LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the messaging program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised effective date.
